Softek LLC is recruiting a Data Engineering Specialist to design and implement data models for the IRS, supporting modernization of taxpayer-data management and data-driven decision making. The role focuses on enterprise data lake architecture, dimensional and data vault modeling, Databricks and AWS data platforms, medallion-layer integration, performance optimization, documentation, lineage, metadata, security, privacy, and legacy-mainframe interfaces. Candidates need at least five years of data-modeling experience in large-scale environments, experience with federal data platforms, strong SQL and NoSQL knowledge, and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
