ClearCaptions is hiring a Data Engineering Supervisor to lead and grow a team of Data Engineers while serving as a technical authority on enterprise-scale Microsoft Fabric solutions. The role oversees people development, engineering standards, capacity planning, delivery execution, architecture decisions, production incident resolution, data pipelines, governance, observability, and talent management. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least 10 years of data or software engineering experience, and at least three years leading engineers. The position is 100% remote and offers $135,000 to $150,000 plus a 5% bonus.
