Description
Smadex is hiring a full-time Data Engineering Team Lead to lead and scale its Data Quality and Feature Engineering teams while architecting scalable, highly available data pipelines for real-time bidding and machine learning. The role owns data observability, governance, feature stores, Spark and Airflow pipelines, distributed-system reliability, and technical strategy, reporting to the Chief Data Officer. Candidates need at least six years of software or data engineering experience, including two years in leadership, along with expertise in Spark, SQL, AWS, Scala, and related technologies. The position is based in Austin, Texas, or New York, New York, and does not provide visa sponsorship.
