Accor is hiring a Data Engineering Tech Lead to co-lead a Feature Team and provide technical leadership for analytics and AI data products. The role manages and coaches Data Engineers, oversees development practices and data integration, makes technical and modeling decisions, and optimizes performance and costs. Candidates need an engineering or specialized master's background, at least five years of data experience, previous managerial experience, and expertise in Snowflake or similar platforms, SQL, Python, dbt, and data modeling. The position is available several days per week from France with flexible work options.
