Thermo Fisher Scientific is hiring a Data Engineering Technical Supervisor (Medior) to provide hands-on technical leadership and mentoring to data engineers building scalable Databricks solutions. The role focuses on ETL/ELT pipelines, Python/PySpark, SQL, Delta Lake, lakehouse architecture, production reliability, data quality, observability, and engineering best practices, while collaborating with BI developers, analysts, product owners, and business stakeholders. This position does not include people management responsibilities.
