Description
The Data Entry Analyst supports aircraft maintenance operations by coordinating, monitoring, and tracking maintenance activities through arrival, active maintenance, departure, and post-test flight. The role maintains accurate records, audits documentation for compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and FAA regulations, updates internal and customer ERP systems, prepares aircraft maintenance packages and forms, coordinates with teams and customers, and resolves open items and discrepancies. It requires a high school diploma or GED, aviation maintenance planning or data-entry experience preferred, strong communication and organizational skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to work independently in an office setting.
