The role involves entering and updating order-management and discrete-job data, verifying and correcting information, preparing source data, generating reports, scanning and printing documents, and coordinating with pre-production and customer service teams. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree, strong Microsoft Excel and computer skills, database experience, fast typing, attention to detail, and confidentiality awareness; Oracle and SAP exposure are preferred, and fresh graduates are welcome.
