The role partners with client stakeholders and internal teams, resolves data and technical issues, and helps improve data workflows and automation. Candidates need professional data-focused experience, advanced Excel skills, database knowledge, AI tool experience, strong English communication, and attention to detail. The role follows a hybrid model requiring onsite work at least 50% of the time at a Diligent office location.
