The role compiles and analyzes financial data, develops reporting frameworks and dashboards, identifies trends and risks, supports financial performance initiatives, and collaborates with finance, marketing, human resources, recruiting, information technology, and practice leadership. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3–7 years of experience in financial analysis, business analytics, accounting, or business intelligence; SQL, advanced Excel, data visualization, and analytical communication are preferred.
