Lockheed Martin is hiring a Fusion Block Captain, Release Train Engineer (RTE), to serve as the servant-leader and chief Scrum Master for an Agile Release Train. The role orchestrates planning, execution, and delivery of full Program Increments across multiple cross-functional Agile teams and contracts, leads PI Planning and ART ceremonies, maintains backlog readiness, facilitates team synchronization, and ensures software standards and quality. The position requires 15+ years of Agile delivery experience, including at least 10 years in a Scrum Master, RTE, or leadership role, along with expertise in SAFe, CI/CD, DevOps, and complex stakeholder management. The full-time salary range is $182,500 to $338,900, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
