Description
The role manages Fusion software development activities across multiple contracts, coordinating subordinate recruitment, selection, training, performance, assignments, team capability, contract execution, compensation, and disciplinary actions. It oversees software design, development, documentation, testing, standards, and delivery while coordinating with other Fusion teams. The position requires full-lifecycle software or systems engineering experience, Agile management experience, recent formal leadership experience, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance. It is a full-time position with a salary range of $148,300 to $275,500 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
