The Max Planck Society is hiring a Data Governance and Requirements Manager for its Digital Office in Munich. The role will establish requirements-management standards, serve as Service Owner for requirements management in ServiceNow, develop data-governance rules and cross-departmental standards, oversee governance structures and reporting, and analyze document-management processes and requirements. The position requires a university degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field, several years of experience in data governance and requirements management, strong analytical and communication skills, IT and business-process knowledge, and fluent German and English. It is a 39-hour-per-week role with flexible working models and remote or mobile work options, with an application deadline of 11 October 2026.
