Description
Apple Ads is hiring a Data Governance Engineer to build privacy-centric data governance controls at scale. The role designs autonomous governance agents for petabyte-scale pipelines, develops MCP integrations for policy enforcement and PII detection, creates monitoring and compliance workflows, and contributes to distributed agent systems with reliability, self-healing, and dynamic resource allocation. The position requires a computer science or related degree, at least five years of software development experience, production experience in Python, Java, or Rust, and familiarity with distributed systems, cloud platforms, containerization, orchestration, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, observability, and machine learning.
