Description
LawnStarter is hiring a Data Governance Lead to own the trustworthiness of its data systems, from source data and pipelines through dashboards, machine-learning models, and AI tooling. The role will establish and evolve data quality, freshness, lineage, impact analysis, Lightdash, semantic-layer, event-tracking, security, and governance-process standards; build automation and monitoring; and create a prioritized data roadmap for product, marketing, operations, and finance. It is a hands-on, AI-native, product-minded leadership role that starts solo and will eventually hire a Lead Analytics Engineer, with a base salary of $75,000–$120,000 per year and fully remote work.
