Description
The Data Governance Manager defines data policies and governance procedures for a business unit, maintains data quality and privacy compliance, manages data quality KPIs and data lineage, leads enterprise-wide data governance initiatives, and supports analytics, reporting, and systems implementation. The role also manages teams, project risks, stakeholder expectations, and training. Required qualifications include 3–5 years of SQL and data analysis experience, 3 years in master data, data quality, or data integration, enterprise-scale data warehouse or data management project experience, 5 years working with data management teams, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and strong data governance and data management knowledge.
