Description
LawnStarter is hiring a hands-on Data Governance Platform Manager to become the first dedicated owner of data trust across source data, pipelines, dashboards, semantic metrics, Segment event tracking, AI data access, and data security. The role will administer and shape the company's Lightdash migration, build automated data-quality and freshness monitoring, extend lineage and impact analysis, establish governance standards and data contracts, maintain the semantic layer and event catalog, and implement privacy and access controls. It is a senior individual-contributor role with no initial direct reports, requiring strong warehouse and pipeline depth, BI and tracking-plan ownership, SQL, Airflow, automation, and AI-tool fluency. The position is fully remote and offers a base salary of $75,000–$100,000 per year plus equity and flexible PTO.
