Mitel is hiring a Data Governance Specialist within its global Compliance and Data Protection organization. The role designs and maintains enterprise data governance frameworks, translates regulations into policies and controls, supports GDPR, DORA, NIS2, EU AI Act, and EU Data Act compliance, coordinates AI governance and risk assessments, supports cybersecurity and operational resilience governance, assists with audits and regulatory reviews, develops compliance metrics and reporting, and advises and trains cross-functional stakeholders. The position requires a university degree or equivalent experience and at least five years of relevant compliance, data governance, privacy, cybersecurity governance, risk management, or regulatory affairs experience.
