Description
The Data/Information Management Analyst is a trainee professional responsible for database administration, data analysis, data quality, data maintenance, and database architecture or design. The role produces routine reports and dashboards, assesses campaign performance and business risks, supports opportunity sizing, improves process efficacy, and deploys reports to advanced reporting platforms. Candidates need at least one year of relevant experience, hands-on experience with SAS, SQL, Python, and PySpark, experience with large datasets and data warehouses, and experience with credit card or retail banking products; Tableau experience is preferred. The role requires strong communication, project management, stakeholder management, risk awareness, attention to detail, and customer service skills, along with a master's or university degree or equivalent experience.
