Description

Citi is hiring a Control Testing Automation Delivery Lead to own the end-to-end delivery of control testing automation tools, from requirements through implementation. The role leads managers and subject-matter experts, develops data analytics strategies, analyzes complex datasets, identifies automation opportunities, and coordinates with business, risk, operations, and technology stakeholders. It requires extensive hands-on experience with SAS, SQL, and Python, strong RDBMS knowledge, project management and stakeholder-management skills, and a master’s degree in a relevant field.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Master’s degree in information technology, information systems, computer applications, or engineering, or a BTech/B.E./MCA in a related field.
Required Previous Experiences: 13+ years of hands-on experience developing code in SAS, SQL, and Python environments.
Experience mentoring and developing a team of managers and subject-matter experts.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with workflow management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Bit Bucket.
Postgraduate study in computer science.
Understanding of banking products, including wealth, cards, deposits, loans, and insurance.
Knowledge of business risk, controls, compliance, and data management.
Knowledge of finance regulations and the audit process.
