Description
The Data Insight Analyst will acquire, manage, and analyze data for internal teams, clients, and partners, producing reports and consultative insights from data warehouse and Salesforce sources using Excel, SQL, Tableau, and other analytics tools. The role involves statistical analysis, trend identification, QA of reports, direct customer communication, troubleshooting data quality issues, supporting partner requests and data specifications, configuring mapping tools, and leading web-based trainings in a professional office environment at AssistRx.
