Description
The Healthcare Data Integration Lead owns the end-to-end lifecycle of external healthcare data integrations, including technical implementation, partner onboarding, data contracts, ingestion, transformation, reconciliation, reliability, observability, and governance. The role combines hands-on software engineering and data engineering with partner collaboration and technical leadership, with a path toward leading the Data Integration function. It requires a bachelor's degree in a technical field, 5–7+ years of relevant experience, healthcare integration expertise, strong SQL and AWS skills, and experience with production pipelines and external partner collaboration.
