Description
The Data Integrity Specialist is a lead role within Development Services responsible for maintaining the accuracy, consistency, security, and compliance of constituent and donor data used in fundraising. The position leads gift-data import, validation, reconciliation, deduplication, remediation, data-entry standards, audits, automated workflows, database management, and special data-hygiene projects, while collaborating with internal and external partners. It requires an associate’s degree or equivalent experience, three to five years of records management or data/gift-entry experience, nonprofit-service experience, donor-database experience, and programming experience with R or Python. The role is non-exempt, may require overtime, and offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a compensation range of $26.45–$36.05.
