Description
The Advanced Analyst will translate complex business questions into deployable analytical and intelligent solutions for AbbVie’s Data Intelligence & Transformation team. The role partners with commercial, BTS, and other stakeholders to develop requirements, build and validate models, support solution deployment and adoption, monitor performance and data quality, and ensure compliance with data governance and security standards. It requires a bachelor’s degree or above, at least five years of relevant pharmaceutical or healthcare experience, proficiency with BI and AI tools, strong analytical and communication skills, and native Chinese with fluent spoken and written English.
