Welo Data is hiring a full-time Data Labeling Associate to evaluate AI model outputs, audit data and model behavior, identify failure modes and trends, improve evaluation frameworks, and communicate findings to leads and stakeholders. The role is 100% onsite, requires U.S. work authorization, pays $34 per hour, and is a one-year contract with possible extension. Candidates need native-level language proficiency, a university degree, strong writing and communication skills, and at least two years of relevant experience in GenAI data delivery or a related field.
