Welo Data is hiring a full-time, 100% onsite Data Labeling Associate to evaluate AI model outputs, audit data and model behavior, identify failure modes and edge cases, improve evaluation frameworks, and communicate performance insights. The role requires native-level language proficiency, a university degree, strong writing and critical-thinking skills, and 2+ years of relevant experience in GenAI data delivery. It is paid $34 per hour and is available in multiple U.S. cities; visa sponsorship is not offered.
