Stepful is hiring a Data Lead to own the company’s data function, including data infrastructure, analytics, metrics, dashboards, experimentation, and insights. The role leads and mentors three data analysts and engineers while remaining hands-on with SQL, Python, data modeling, and production code. It reports to the SVP of Engineering and partners with Growth, Product, Operations, and Finance. The position is hybrid, based in New York City, with three days per week in the office, and offers a target base salary of $180,000 to $225,000 plus equity and benefits.
