Description
Wonderschool is hiring a Data Lead to build the company’s trusted data foundation for its commercial product, government platform, and AI agents. The role owns a canonical model of providers, children, and families; data delivery and governance for state-mandated work; identity resolution and deduplication; metrics; data quality; and the use of AI agents to automate workflows. It is a hands-on, startup data role reporting directly to the CEO, requiring prior experience in a regulated environment and familiarity with entity resolution, data governance, and AI agents. The position is based in San Francisco, California, with in-person work five to six days per week.
