HARMAN is hiring a Data Loss Prevention Manager in Łódź, Poland, to serve as the subject matter expert and strategic leader for enterprise DLP capabilities. The individual-contributor role reports to the Director of Cybersecurity Operations and owns the DLP strategy, roadmap, governance, Microsoft Purview implementation, data classification, policy controls, monitoring, insider risk, incident response, risk reporting, vendor management, and stakeholder influence. The position follows a hybrid model requiring three days per week in the Łódź office and offers an annual gross base salary of zł 225,400–zł 354,200.
