Description
VARITE is seeking a Database Operations Lead to lead database operations for Availity, including incident management, root-cause analysis, automation, performance tuning, cost governance, security and compliance, documentation, mentorship, and handover. The role requires 8+ years of database administration experience, including at least 3+ years in the AWS ecosystem, along with expertise in AWS RDS, Aurora, DynamoDB, Redshift, SQL, NoSQL, DevOps, monitoring, infrastructure as code, disaster recovery, and cross-time-zone collaboration. The position follows a rotational shift schedule and is based in India.
