Reporting to the DMG Team Lead, the role oversees analysts and senior analysts, manages research quality and recruitment, develops team members, leads improvement initiatives, and drives workflow automation. Candidates need at least five years of experience, recent experience in a shared-services or research centre, team-management experience with approximately 10 or more FTEs, financial or professional-services industry experience, and strong research and communication skills.
