Description
TerraPower is hiring a Data Management Lead to manage and develop a team of data engineers, database administrators, and business intelligence developers. The role owns data management strategy, data integration, database and data lifecycle management, data quality, master data management, pipeline architecture, and BI tooling; supports hiring, onboarding, team structure, and escalation of technical blockers; and partners with stakeholders to translate data and reporting needs into priorities. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and at least five years of data engineering or business intelligence experience, including two or more years leading technical teams. The Washington State salary range is $153,861 to $205,149, with medical, vision, dental, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
