Cleartelligence is hiring a Practice Director to lead and grow its Data Management consulting practice. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the role manages a global team of 20–30 consultants, oversees staffing and hiring, drives business development and strategic client engagements, provides technical guidance on data governance, architecture, integration, and analytics, and represents the company in thought leadership. The position requires 15+ years of data management or related experience, 5+ years of leadership experience, strong Databricks and Snowflake expertise, and a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant discipline. The anticipated base salary is $180,000–$215,000 plus a discretionary bonus.
