Description
The Data Management Specialist will support the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and Families, and Office of Head Start by maintaining data quality, integrity, and accessibility across federal systems, databases, and workflow tools. Responsibilities include data validation and cleansing, governance documentation, system and workflow support, reporting and dashboard preparation, data analysis, records management, and stakeholder collaboration. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least three years of post-baccalaureate experience in data management, data quality, governance, records management, or metadata management. The position is onsite at the OHS Regional Office with potential telework flexibility and is contingent upon contract award.
