Downer Professional Services is seeking an experienced Data Manager to lead a Data Analysis Cell supporting an Australian Defence information warfare and command-and-control environment. The role owns the lifecycle management of SPO data assets, develops data governance and information-management practices, improves data quality and compliance, analyses business processes, and leads a multidisciplinary Data Cell while advising senior stakeholders. Candidates should have experience in Defence, Government, or complex enterprise environments, along with expertise in data governance, metadata management, data quality, business architecture, process improvement, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement.
