Educational Alliance is hiring a full-time Data Manager for its Early Childhood program at Manny Cantor Center. The role serves as the point of contact for governance, data quality, and protection issues; manages ChildPlus and DOE Vendor Portal databases; performs quality assurance, troubleshooting, reporting, performance tuning, and data-entry corrections; supports compliance with Head Start, DOE, DOH, and other agencies; and maintains relationships with staff, children, and families. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or relevant database experience, ChildPlus experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, confidentiality, and strong communication and multitasking skills.
