NikoHealth is hiring a remote Data Migration Analyst based in the United States to map, extract, cleanse, transform, and migrate customer data from legacy DME or HME systems into its SaaS platform. The role leads full-cycle migrations, collaborates with implementation consultants and product teams, troubleshoots data discrepancies, supports customers during transitions, and contributes to process documentation. Candidates need at least two years of data migration, data analysis, or implementation experience, proficiency with SQL, Excel, or ETL platforms, and strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
