Description
The Data Migration Development Lead will design, develop, and deliver large-scale data migration solutions on AWS, leading migration architecture, ETL/ELT frameworks, data quality and reconciliation, testing, production cutover execution, operational controls, and CI/CD. The role also includes technical leadership, code and design reviews, mentorship, and collaboration with architects, business stakeholders, and application teams. Candidates need at least 8 years of data engineering, ETL/ELT, or data migration experience, 3 years leading technical teams or migration workstreams, and strong AWS, Python, SQL, and PySpark expertise.
