Description
The Data Migration Lead will manage and execute large-scale data migration activities, including source-to-target mapping, data transformation and cleansing, ETL pipeline development, migration execution and monitoring, validation and reconciliation, issue resolution, testing, production cutover, and migration documentation. The role requires 10+ years of experience, strong SQL and database knowledge, hands-on ETL scripting, and the ability to lead technical teams and coordinate with data architects and business stakeholders.
