Capco is hiring a Data Modeler to work on financial-services transformation projects for banking, insurance, payment-service, and energy-sector clients. The role requires 8–12 years of data modeling experience, strong financial-domain knowledge, and expertise in conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling, metadata, data governance, SDLC, and Agile methodologies. The Data Modeler will create and deliver high-quality data models, maintain data artifacts, communicate with stakeholders, and bridge business and technical teams. Required tools include SQL and MS Office; GCP Big Query and Erwin are also listed, with Visual Paradigm preferable.
