Vanguard is hiring a Data Modeler for a six-month onsite role in Malvern, Pennsylvania, paying $60–$65 per hour on W2 or C2C. The position owns the Personal Wealth logical and canonical data model, develops reusable business concepts and canonical models, establishes data modeling standards and governance, supports analytics, regulatory reporting, operational data quality, and AI-enabled use cases, and mentors architects, analysts, and engineers. Required experience is 10 or more years, with expertise in enterprise data modeling, information architecture, metadata management, business rule modeling, and tools such as ERwin, Oracle Designer, SQL, and ETL technologies.
