Description
The Data Modeler will build scalable data models for Workplace Investments initiatives, establish data modeling standards, support the Data Modeling Center of Excellence, and guide a team of data modelers working in autonomous squads. The role requires strong conceptual, logical, physical, and dimensional modeling expertise, experience with data modeling tools, collaboration with data engineering, architecture, and analytics teams, SQL and database knowledge, and the ability to communicate data structures to non-technical audiences.
