Barclays is hiring a Data Modeller based in Pune to design, implement, and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models aligned with business and technology requirements. The role includes translating business requirements into data models, maintaining data dictionaries and glossaries, analysing data usage, defining data architecture standards, and supporting architecture implementation and governance. The position requires strong logical data modelling, business data knowledge, data analysis, and the ability to translate business requirements into model content; experience with JSON, XML, physical data design, and metadata management is desirable. The role also includes strategic, stakeholder, risk, and leadership responsibilities depending on the individual contributor or team-management context.
