ICONIQ Capital LLC is hiring a Data Operations Analyst to support investment, client service, risk and compliance, fund administration, and technology teams. The role focuses on data quality, scalable data infrastructure, automated data aggregation, client reporting, investment dashboards, portfolio management system reconciliation, and capital call and distribution processes. Candidates should have at least six years of accounting or operations experience in hedge funds, private equity or venture capital firms, or fund administrators, along with Addepar or similar portfolio management accounting experience, SQL or Snowflake experience, and strong Excel skills. The position is onsite in New York under a hybrid working policy and offers a salary range of $130,000 to $150,000 plus benefits.
