Description
Middesk is seeking a Systems and Process Expert to scale its internal operations infrastructure, improve data quality and high-volume fulfillment workflows, automate recurring work, build performance dashboards, and collaborate with Engineering, Product, Sales, Customer Experience, and Finance. The role requires at least two years of experience in consulting, finance, strategy, or business operations, along with experience designing and maintaining software-driven processes and using data to drive action; SQL and dashboard-building experience are preferred.
