Qualitate is hiring a Data Operations Associate to manage data quality, QA processes, escalations, compliance guardrails, survey launches, unstructured data, offshore service providers, and standard operating procedures. The role requires at least two years of data operations or QA analyst experience, SQL and Excel/Google Sheets proficiency, strong attention to detail, and the ability to build reliable data systems. It is a full-time, in-person position in New York City with a base salary of $100,000–$120,000, a performance-based bonus, equity, and health coverage.
