Figure is hiring a Data Operations Coordinator for its night shift to coordinate offsite robot data collection across residential sites in the broader Bay Area. The role manages end-to-end operational coordination before, during, and after data collection sessions; maintains communication with field teams; troubleshoots operational issues; coordinates facilities, operators, and staging teams; escalates blockers; and improves procedures and tracking tools. Candidates must travel to offsite locations using personal transportation, have 2–4 years of relevant field operations or coordination experience, and demonstrate leadership, problem-solving, communication, and collaborative skills. This is a six-month fixed-term agreement with potential for longer-term opportunities, with base pay of $30.00 per hour.
