WPP Media is hiring a Data Operations Lead to establish and lead a new Data Integration & Operations team in Chennai. The role owns production data platforms across Azure and GCP, including CI/CD automation, deployment pipelines, monitoring, data quality, incident management, and governance. It requires 7+ years of data operations, platform engineering, or data engineering experience, 3+ years of technical leadership, and deep expertise with Databricks, dbt, cloud platforms, Terraform, GitHub Actions, and Python. The position is hybrid, with teams in the office around four days per week.
