Veeva Systems is hiring a Data Operations Lead to guide and lead a remote team of data curators for its OpenData healthcare reference data. The role owns data quality, automation strategy, operational KPIs, risk escalation, and team performance, while collaborating with Product and Engineering. Candidates need at least three years of experience in a fast-paced environment with complex data or data operations, strong process design and optimization skills, excellent English communication, and leadership experience; life sciences background is preferred. The position is remote, with total compensation of 25,000–38,000 EUR and benefits including life insurance, charitable giving, and fitness reimbursement.
