HumanSignal is hiring an individual contributor to own complex, high-stakes data programs end-to-end, managing contributor and vendor workforces, workflows, quality, retention, and delivery timelines. The role builds operational processes, monitors program health, creates feedback loops across operations, product, strategy, and customers, and recommends process improvements. It requires at least two years of operational or top-tier consulting experience, an undergraduate degree in an analytics-heavy field, strong analytical and process-improvement skills, and SQL or analytical tooling proficiency. The position is based in San Francisco, California, with compensation of $55,000–$75,000.
