Description
The Tax Code Maintenance Specialist will research, maintain, and resolve payroll tax code activities, including tax code setup, QTD and YTD reconciliation, POA and TPA client assistance, and projects involving state unemployment, state income, federal income, and other payroll taxes. The role requires payroll tax reconciliation and analysis experience, strong analytical and research skills, customer-facing communication, negotiation ability, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, MasterTax, and other payroll tax platforms. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or 1–2 years of equivalent experience is required, while previous customer service experience is preferred.
